**Special Abilities:**

– **Crowd Control:** As a reaction, the Rioter Warden can impose disadvantage on an attack roll against it if the attacker is within 10 ft. of an ally of the Warden.

– **Intimidating Presence:** Creatures within 10 ft. of the Warden must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of their next turn.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Rioter Warden makes two melee attacks.

– **Club Smash:** Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.

– **Riotous Barrage (Recharge 5-6):** The Warden unleashes a flurry of chaotic energy in a 15 ft. cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

**Description:** The Rioter Warden is a hulking, brutish creature formed from the chaotic energies of conflict and unrest. Its body is a patchwork of armor and tattered clothing, adorned with remnants of past battles. The Warden patrols the fringes of tumultuous gatherings, thriving in chaos and ensuring that the unrest continues. With an intimidating presence, it uses fear and brute strength to control the battlefield, often targeting weaker foes to maintain its dominance. Tactically, it prefers to position itself between enemies and allies, using its Crowd Control ability to manipulate the flow of combat.
