**Special Abilities:**

– **Whispers of Doubt:** The Reputation Reaver can use its action to target a creature within 60 feet, forcing them to make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target suffers disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened until the end of their next turn.

– **Aura of Reputation:** Creatures within 30 feet of the Reputation Reaver have disadvantage on Charisma saving throws as long as they can see it, representing the creature's insidious influence.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Reputation Reaver makes two attacks: one with its Mind Rend and one with its Reputation Drain.

– **Mind Rend:** Melee Spell Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d10) psychic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw or become confused until the end of their next turn.

– **Reputation Drain:** Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 60 ft., one creature. Hit: 18 (4d8) necrotic damage, and the target's Charisma score is reduced by 1d4 (minimum of 1) until they finish a long rest.

**Area Ability:**

– **Reputation Collapse (Recharge 5-6):** The Reputation Reaver can unleash a wave of negative energy in a 20-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. A creature that fails the save also suffers disadvantage on all Charisma checks for 1 minute or until it succeeds on a saving throw at the end of its turn.

Born from the dark thoughts of those who feel wronged, it manifests as a slight, shadowy figure with translucent wings that whisper with a cacophony of voices. Tactics involve sowing discord among party members, using its abilities to manipulate and confuse, feeding off the emotional turmoil of its foes. While not outright malicious, the Reaver enjoys watching its enemies fall apart and will exploit any weakness it can find to prolong their suffering.
