– **Wave of Despair**: As an action, the Wraith can unleash a wave of necrotic energy in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

**Actions**:

– **Multiattack**: The Tsunami Wraith makes two attacks with its Spectral Touch.

– **Spectral Touch**: Melee Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 3) necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken until it finishes a long rest.

– **Drowning Grasp (Recharge 5-6)**: The Wraith targets one creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be restrained as spectral water envelops it. The restrained target takes 10 (3d6) cold damage at the start of each of its turns. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

**Description**: The Tsunami Wraith is a vengeful spirit of those who perished in the catastrophic waves of the 2004 tsunami. Its form is a swirling mass of water and shadow, with ghostly faces appearing within its depths, reflecting the anguish of its victims. It seeks to instill fear and despair in the living, often ambushing those who venture too close to the shores of its haunted domain. The Wraith uses its ethereal abilities to phase through obstacles, striking from unexpected angles, and revels in the torment of its foes, drawing power from their fear.
