– **Swirling Winds:** Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d10) thunder damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.

**Description:**

The Gale Wrecker is a ferocious creature shaped like a twisted amalgamation of a sea serpent and a storm cloud, with shifting dark blue and grey scales that seem to absorb light. Originating from the turbulent waters near Istanbul, this monstrosity is drawn to chaos and disruption. It uses the cargo ships' movements to create whirlpools, often capsizing vessels and feeding on the panic of trapped sailors. The Gale Wrecker prefers to strike from below, using its speed to ambush its prey before retreating into the depths, only to return again when least expected.
