**Special Abilities:**

– **Haunting Presence:** Creatures that start their turn within 30 feet of the Shipwreck Wraith must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of their next turn.

– **Incorporeal Movement:** The Shipwreck Wraith can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Shipwreck Wraith makes two attacks with its Ethereal Touch.

– **Ethereal Touch:** Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d10) necrotic damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed until the end of its next turn.

– **Wail of the Lost (Recharge 5-6):** The Shipwreck Wraith releases a mournful wail. Each creature within 30 feet must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 27 (6d8) psychic damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not stunned.

**Description:** The Shipwreck Wraith is a malevolent spirit born from the souls of sailors who perished in a tragic shipwreck. These wraiths are often found haunting coastal areas, seeking vengeance against the living for their untimely demise. With a translucent form that flickers like a candle in the wind, they glide silently above the ground, instilling fear in the hearts of those who dare to approach. They often employ tactics that exploit their incorporeal nature, moving through walls and attacking unsuspecting adventurers, paralyzing them with their chilling touch before finishing them off with their haunting wails.
