**Special Abilities**:

– **Mirthful Illusion**: As a bonus action, the Festival Wreaver can create hallucinations of past festivals within a 30 ft. radius, causing creatures to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become distracted, giving those affected disadvantage on their next attack rolls.

– **Fey Trickery**: Once per encounter, the Wreaver can teleport up to 60 ft. to an unoccupied space it can see, leaving behind an illusory duplicate that lasts until the start of its next turn.

**Actions**:

– **Multiattack**: The Festival Wreaver makes two attacks with its Festival Blade.

– **Festival Blade**: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) psychic damage.

– **Frightening Revelry (Recharge 5-6)**: Each creature of the Wreaver's choice within a 15 ft. radius must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

The Wreaver employs illusions and tricks, seeking to turn the somber atmosphere into chaotic revelry as it preys on the emotions of its encounters. Using its charm and deception, it seeks to lure adventurers into its games, where it revels in the manipulation of their fears and hopes.
