– **Inspiring Presence**: Allies within 30 feet gain a +2 bonus to their saving throws against being frightened or charmed.

– **Multiattack**: The Treaty Wyrm makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail.

– **Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6)**: The Treaty Wyrm exhales a 30-foot cone of shimmering blue energy. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 42 (12d6) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

The Wyrm prefers diplomacy over conflict but does not hesitate to unleash its wrath upon those who threaten the fragile balance it was born to uphold. Using its intellect and charm, it often negotiates solutions before resorting to battle, embodying wisdom and strength in equal measure. In combat, it employs tactical maneuvers, utilizing its breath weapon to control the battlefield while calling upon its allies to mend the wounds of war.
