**Special Abilities:**

– **Mind Vortex:** As a bonus action, the Zayinomancer creates a swirling field of psychic energy in a 15-foot radius centered on itself. Creatures that start their turn in this area must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or take 10 (3d6) psychic damage and be incapacitated until the end of their next turn. This ability recharges on a roll of 5-6 on a d6.

– **Warping Influence:** The Zayinomancer can manipulate the battlefield, altering terrain within a 30-foot radius as a bonus action. This can create difficult terrain or cause the area to warp, providing half cover.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Zayinomancer makes two Mind Lash attacks.

– **Mind Lash:** Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.

– **Psychic Surge (Recharge 5-6):** The Zayinomancer unleashes a blast of psychic energy in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

With a chaotic demeanor, the Zayinomancer revels in watching foes struggle against the very ground beneath their feet while it stays hidden, a puppeteer orchestrating a haunting performance of fear.
