**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Ceasefire Wraith makes two attacks: one with its Life Drain and one with its Ethereal Grasp.

– **Life Drain:** Melee Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken.

– **Ethereal Grasp:** Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 30 ft., one creature. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) psychic damage, and the target is stunned until the end of its next turn.

**Area Ability:** **Wraith's Call (Recharge 5-6):** The Ceasefire Wraith can unleash a wave of necrotic energy in a 30 ft. radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) necrotic damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also frightened until the end of their next turn.

**Description:** The Ceasefire Wraith is a spectral figure born from the pain and sorrow of a long-fought conflict, embodying the unresolved tensions of war. It drifts silently through the battlefield, its form shimmering with an ethereal glow, drawing on the despair and anguish of those who have suffered. Tactically, it prefers to strike from the shadows, using its incorporeal nature to evade direct confrontation while sowing discord among its enemies. The Wraith's demeanor is cold and calculating, seeking to exploit the emotional vulnerabilities of its foes, leaving them weakened and frightened in its wake.
