**Special Abilities:**

– **Inspiring Presence:** Allies within 30 feet gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

– **Morale Drain:** When the Morale Wraith reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it regains 10 hit points.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Morale Wraith makes two attacks with its Ethereal Touch.

– **Ethereal Touch:** +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.

– **Wail of Despair (Recharge 5-6):** The Morale Wraith emits a haunting wail. Each creature of its choice within 30 feet must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also frightened until the end of their next turn.

**Description:** The Morale Wraith is a spectral figure, a remnant of soldiers who fled from battle, their spirits twisted by shame and regret. They are often found haunting the remnants of battlefields, seeking to inspire or terrify those who dare to tread upon their cursed grounds. Tactically, they prefer to strike from the shadows, using their ability to instill fear in their enemies while bolstering the resolve of any allies they may have. Their demeanor is erratic, oscillating between moments of fierce determination and despair, reflecting their conflicted nature.
