The city guard is overwhelmed, and the council has turned to the adventurers for help.
The party finds themselves summoned to the grand hall of the Eldorian Council, where the air is filled with tension and the flickering light of enchanted candles dances across the ornate walls. The council members, a mix of wise elders and anxious merchants, plead with the adventurers to investigate the source of these mysterious disappearances. They believe that an ancient artifact, the Shadowstone, has resurfaced and is drawing dark forces to the city.
As the party delves into their investigation, they learn that the Shadowstone was once a powerful relic that could manipulate shadows and bend them to the will of its wielder. It was hidden away centuries ago to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.
