**Special Abilities:**

– **Aura of Influence:** Creatures within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

– **Winged Diplomacy:** Once per day, the Diplomatic Wyrm can cast *Suggestion* as a 5th-level spell without expending a spell slot.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Diplomatic Wyrm makes one Bite attack and two Claw attacks.

– **Bite:** +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 5 piercing damage.

– **Claw:** +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 + 5 slashing damage.

– **Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6):** The Diplomatic Wyrm exhales a 30-foot cone of shimmering, multicolored energy. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d6 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Originating from a realm where negotiation and manipulation are valued over brute strength, this creature prefers to outwit its foes rather than engage in direct combat. It often uses its charm and persuasive abilities to turn enemies into allies or to diffuse tense situations. In battle, it employs its breath weapon to disorient opponents while using its aura to control the battlefield, making it a formidable foe that thrives on strategy and cunning rather than sheer power.
