– **Blizzard Burst (Recharge 5-6):** The Frostbound Wraith releases a wave of icy energy in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also blinded until the end of their next turn.

**Description:** The Frostbound Wraith is a spectral remnant of those lost to the bitter cold, forever cursed to wander the frozen wastelands. Its icy form glides silently through the air, leaving a trail of frost in its wake. Known to emerge during severe winter storms, these wraiths embody the despair of those who succumbed to the polar vortex, seeking to drain warmth and life from the living. Tactically, they prefer to strike from the shadows, using their chilling abilities to weaken and terrify their foes before closing in for the kill.
