**Special Abilities:**

– **Incorporeal Movement:** The Crimson Wraith can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

– **Terrifying Visage:** Any creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of the Crimson Wraith must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Crimson Wraith makes two attacks: one with its Life Drain and one with its Frightening Gaze.

– **Life Drain:** Melee Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 27 (5d10) necrotic damage, and the Crimson Wraith regains hit points equal to half the necrotic damage dealt.

– **Frightening Gaze:** Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

– **Horrifying Aura (Recharge 5-6):** Each creature of the Crimson Wraith's choice within 30 feet must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 18 (4d8) psychic damage and be frightened until the end of its next turn.

**Description:** The Crimson Wraith is a malevolent spirit born from the anguish of those who suffered in life. Cloaked in a tattered red shroud, it glides silently through the air, leaving a chilling aura in its wake. It prefers to strike from the shadows, using its terrifying presence to instill fear before draining the life force of its victims. The Wraith is known to haunt battlefields and places of great sorrow, feeding on the despair of the living. Its tactics involve isolating weaker foes and using its incorporeal nature to evade direct attacks, making it a formidable opponent for any adventuring party.
