– **Aura of Despair:** Creatures that start their turn within 10 feet of the Power Broker must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or suffer disadvantage on saving throws until the start of their next turn.

Each target must make a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Charmed creatures have disadvantage on the saving throw.
