**Special Abilities**:

– **Illusory Facade**: As a bonus action, the Felonious Conjuror can create a distraction, causing the next enemy attack against it to have disadvantage. This effect can be used 3 times per short rest.

– **Chaotic Manifestation**: Once per encounter, the monster can summon 1d4 Illusory Minions (CR 1/2) to confuse players. These minions have 20 HP each and use the statistics of normal illusions.

**Actions**:

– **Multiattack**: The Felonious Conjuror makes two attacks with its Conjure Touch or Inflict Chaos.

– **Conjure Touch**: Melee Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d10) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.

– **Inflict Chaos**: Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d10) psychic damage, and the target has disadvantage on its next attack roll.

– **Conjure Minions**: As an action, the Felonious Conjuror can summon 1d4 illusory minions (CR 1/2 each) that last for 10 rounds or until destroyed.

**Description**: The Felonious Conjuror appears as a gaudily dressed humanoid figure with an ever-shifting visage, reflecting a mix of confidence and duplicity. Originating from the realm of twisted magic, this creature thrives on deceit and chaos, using clever illusions to baffle its foes and turn the tide of battle. Tactics often involve manipulating perceptions and summoning minions to create confusion on the battlefield, preferring to outwit opponents rather than engaging them directly. Its demeanor is charismatic yet unsettling, often mocking those it perceives as weak.
