– **Value Manifestation:** Once per encounter, the Guardian can cast *Enhance Ability* as an action, targeting itself or an ally.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Value Guardian makes two attacks: one with its Tendril Strike and one with its Insightful Touch.

– **Tendril Strike:** Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 5) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of their next turn.

– **Insightful Touch:** Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 3) psychic damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, they become bewildered, suffering disadvantage on their next attack roll.

**Description:** The Value Guardian appears as a shimmering figure, its form shifting to reflect the core values it embodies—justice, empathy, and honor. Born from ancient cosmic forces, it roams realms to instill virtue and challenge those who act against the greater good. In combat, it favors defensive tactics, using its abilities to bolster allies and incapacitate foes, seeking to teach as much as it fights. The Guardian is not malevolent; it aims to guide intruders towards enlightenment, and it will often communicate its intentions before resorting to violence.
