**Special Abilities:**

– **Aura of Negotiation:** Creatures within 30 feet of the Ceasefire Warden must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed, they cannot attack the Warden or its allies.

– **Mind Meld:** The Warden can communicate telepathically with any creature it can see within 60 feet, allowing it to share thoughts and strategies.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Ceasefire Warden makes two attacks: one with its Mind Lash and one with its Psychic Grasp.

– **Mind Lash:** Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 3) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn.

– **Psychic Grasp:** Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have disadvantage on its next attack roll.

The Warden seeks to mediate disputes and quell violence, using its psychic abilities to manipulate the thoughts and emotions of others. It often appears in areas where negotiations are taking place, attempting to influence the outcome with its presence. While it prefers diplomacy, it will defend itself fiercely if attacked, using its abilities to incapacitate foes and protect those it deems innocent.
