– **Chaotic Presence:** The Courtshouter can impose disadvantage on the first attack roll made against it each turn, as its unpredictable demeanor confuses enemies.

**Actions:**

**Description:**

The Courtshouter is a disheveled, loud-mouthed humanoid known for its explosive outbursts and unhinged behavior. Once a minor actor in the courts, a disastrous trial turned them into a creature driven by chaos and discord. In battle, the Courtshouter uses its verbal prowess to disrupt foes, unleashing shouts that can stun and terrify. They thrive on creating confusion, often targeting the most composed adversaries first, while darting about to avoid direct attacks. With an unpredictable nature, they can shift the tide of battle with their shrill cries and startling unpredictability.
