**Monster Name:** Weaver of Shadows

**Ability Scores:**

**Special Abilities:**

– **Shadow Manipulation:** The Weaver can manipulate shadows, casting *Invisibility* on itself as a bonus action, and can create a 15 ft. radius of magical darkness (as per *Darkness*) once per day.

– **Nightmare Threads:** Creatures within 30 ft. must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of their next turn.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Weaver makes two Shadow Tendril attacks.

– **Shadow Tendril:** Melee Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) necrotic damage. On a hit, the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed until the end of its next turn.

– **Nightmare Grasp (Recharge 5-6):** The Weaver targets up to three creatures within 30 ft. Each must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 18 (4d8) psychic damage and be frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

**Description:** The Weaver of Shadows is a malevolent entity from the Deeps of the Shadow Realm, capable of traversing between dimensions through the darkness. Its body resembles a twisted humanoid figure, cloaked in shadows that flicker like flame. With a penchant for manipulation and control, it weaves nightmares into the minds of its foes, striking fear before delivering its lethal tendrils. Tactically, it prefers to strike from stealth and use its environments to maneuver around its opponents, reveling in sowing confusion and dread through its dark abilities.
