**Special Abilities:**

– **Fuel Burst:** As a bonus action, the Fuel Wretch can expel a cloud of flammable vapor in a 15-foot radius. Creatures within the area must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 fire damage and become ignited (taking 1d6 fire damage at the start of their turns until they extinguish the flames as an action).

– **Rampaging Charge:** If the Fuel Wretch moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a melee attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 2d6 bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Fuel Wretch makes two attacks: one with its Slam and one with its Flammable Spray.

– **Slam:** Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 4 bludgeoning damage.

– **Flammable Spray:** Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 3d6 fire damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

**Recharge (5-6):**

– **Ignition Wave:** The Fuel Wretch releases a wave of fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

**Description:**

The Fuel Wretch is a grotesque amalgamation of twisted flesh and spilt fuel, a creature born from the aftermath of a catastrophic accident. It moves with a lumbering gait, leaving a trail of fire in its wake. Fuel Wretches are drawn to chaos and destruction, feasting on the residual energy of fire. They attack with reckless abandon, using their bulk to knock down foes and their flammable essence to create havoc on the battlefield. This creature embodies the potential for disaster, mirroring the chaos that follows when greed drives people to collect fuel in dangerous conditions.
