**Special Abilities:**

– **Fey Charm:** As a bonus action, the Carnival Reveller can attempt to charm one creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. The charmed target regards the Reveller as a trusted friend.

– **Illusory Disguise:** The Carnival Reveller can cast *Disguise Self* at will, allowing it to change its appearance to that of any humanoid.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Carnival Reveller makes two attacks with its Carnival Whip.

– **Carnival Whip:** Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) slashing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

– **Spectacle of Confusion (Recharge 5-6):** The Reveller creates a dazzling display of lights in a 30-foot radius centered on itself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also blinded until the end of their next turn.

**Description:**

The Carnival Reveller is a whimsical yet dangerous fey creature, adorned with vibrant colors and intricate masks reminiscent of the Calabar Carnival. Originating from the Feywild, these beings thrive on revelry and chaos, often luring unsuspecting adventurers into their elaborate games. Tactically, they prefer to confuse and charm their opponents, using their illusions and agility to evade direct confrontation. With a playful demeanor that masks their cunning nature, Carnival Revellers are known to create chaotic distractions, making them both entertaining and perilous foes.
