**Description**: The Wailing Wraith is a vengeful spirit born from the anguish of lives lost in a tragic accident. This malevolent entity seeks to drain the life force of the living, relishing in their fear and suffering. Tactically, it uses its incorporeal movement to avoid direct confrontation, striking from the shadows and using its wail to instill terror before moving in for the kill. The Wraith's demeanor is cold and relentless, embodying the sorrow of those it lost, making it a haunting foe for any adventurers who encounter it.
