**Special Abilities:**

– **Aura of Authority:** Creatures within 10 feet of the Capitol Warden must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or be frightened until the end of their next turn.

– **Ensnaring Grasp:** As a reaction, the Warden can ensnare a creature that hits it with a melee attack, forcing them to make a Strength saving throw (DC 15) or be restrained until the end of their next turn.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Capitol Warden makes two attacks with its Grasping Tendrils.

– **Grasping Tendrils:** Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 15) or be grappled.

The Warden employs psychological tactics, manipulating the battlefield by instilling fear and restraining its opponents, ensuring that any who challenge its authority face swift consequences.
