**Special Abilities:**

– **Chill of the Abyss:** Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of the Icebound Wraith must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 10 (3d6) cold damage and have its speed halved until the end of its next turn.

– **Spectral Ice Form:** The Icebound Wraith can move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage for every 5 feet it moves through an object.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Icebound Wraith makes two attacks: one with its Frost Touch and one with its Frigid Grasp.

– **Frost Touch:** Melee Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d8) cold damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed until the end of its next turn.

– **Frigid Grasp:** Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) cold damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be pulled 10 feet closer to the Wraith.

**Description:** The Icebound Wraith is a malevolent spirit formed from the souls of those who perished in the icy wilderness, driven by a desire for vengeance. Cloaked in tattered, frost-covered robes, it glides silently through the air, leaving a trail of frost in its wake. The Wraith uses its chilling presence to sap the strength of its foes, preferring to strike from the shadows and isolate its targets. It is cunning and will often use terrain to its advantage, luring adventurers into treacherous icy traps.
