– **Holy Maelstrom:** The Festival Guardian can create an aura of radiant energy that heals allies and damages enemies within a 30 ft. radius each round (heals 10 HP to allies, 2d10 radiant damage to enemies).

– **Festival’s Blessing:** Once per day, the Guardian can grant an ally within 60 feet an additional action on their turn.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Festival Guardian makes two Slam attacks.

– **Slam:** *Melee Weapon Attack:* +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. *Hit:* 2d8 + 4 bludgeoning damage.

– **Radiant Burst (Recharge 5-6):** The Guardian releases a burst of radiant light in a 20 ft. radius. Creatures in the area must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d8 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The Guardian regains HP equal to the total damage dealt.

The Guardian often uses its incredible speed to create inspiring displays of light, dazzling foes and rallying allies to victory. It believes in the sanctity of life and often employs tactics that avoid undue harm, offering mercy when possible. This benevolent entity is a revered figure at gatherings, symbolizing community, unity, and the power of divine protection.
