**Special Abilities:**

– **Rallying Speech:** As a bonus action, the Canadian Populist can inspire allies within 30 feet, granting them 1d6 temporary hit points and advantage on their next attack roll. This ability can be used twice per encounter.

– **Populist Influence:** Once per long rest, the Canadian Populist can force one creature within 60 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or be charmed for 1 minute. The charmed creature regards the Canadian Populist as a trusted ally.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Canadian Populist makes two attacks: one with a Charisma-based attack and one melee attack.

– **Charismatic Strike:** Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 4 psychic damage. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of their next turn.

– **Rallying Wave (Recharge 5-6):** The Canadian Populist can unleash a wave of persuasive energy in a 30 ft. cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, taking 4d6 psychic damage on a failed save or half as much on a success. Charmed creatures are also incapacitated until the end of their next turn.
