**Special Abilities**:

– **Data Surge**: The Data Wyrm can unleash a wave of psychic energy in a 30-foot cone. Creatures in this area must make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) psychic damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. This ability recharges on a roll of 5-6 on a d6.

– **Infiltrator's Cloak**: The Data Wyrm can become invisible for up to 1 minute as a bonus action. It can do this three times per day, and it reappears after attacking or casting a spell.

**Actions**:

– **Multiattack**: The Data Wyrm makes three attacks: one with its Bite and two with its Tendril Strikes.

– **Bite**: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d10) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) psychic damage.

– **Tendril Strike**: +6 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 15).

**Description**:

The Data Wyrm is a serpentine creature composed of swirling data streams and shimmering code, representing the chaotic nature of information overload. It appears in places where the digital and physical worlds intersect, often causing havoc as it seeks to manipulate the flow of information. Employing stealth and cunning, the Data Wyrm prefers to ambush its prey, using its psychic abilities to disorient and confuse them before striking. It embodies the struggle of controlling information, often leaving its victims in disarray, much like the ongoing debates over internet regulation.
