**Special Abilities:**

– **Earthquake Aura:** At the start of each of the Wraith's turns, each creature within 10 feet must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone and take 10 (3d6) bludgeoning damage.

– **Incorporeal Movement:** The Tremor Wraith can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Tremor Wraith makes two attacks: one with its Necrotic Touch and one with its Frightening Wave.

– **Necrotic Touch:** Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d8) necrotic damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken.

– **Frightening Wave (Recharge 5-6):** The Wraith unleashes a wave of force in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 28 (8d6) force damage and is frightened until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half the damage and is not frightened.

**Description:**

The Tremor Wraith is a ghostly figure, wreathed in swirling dust and debris, resembling a forgotten spirit of the earth's upheaval. It was once a guardian spirit, corrupted by a cataclysmic event that caused a massive earthquake, merging its essence with the land's fury. The Wraith employs its ability to manipulate tremors and create fear, using the chaos of its earthquake aura to keep adventurers off balance. It often lurks in ruined sites or near fault lines, striking when its enemies are most vulnerable, embodying the tumult of the earth itself.
