**Special Abilities:**

– **Aura of Commitment:** Allies within 30 feet gain a +2 bonus to saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

– **Divine Presence (Recharge 5-6):** As an action, the Vowkeeper can emit a radiant aura in a 30-foot radius for 1 minute. Enemies must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the Vowkeeper for the duration, unable to attack it or its allies.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Celestial Vowkeeper makes two attacks: one with its Radiant Blade and one with its Celestial Rebuke.

– **Radiant Blade:** Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) radiant damage.

– **Celestial Rebuke:** Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) radiant damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

In combat, they prefer to incapacitate foes with their abilities, allowing their allies to secure victory while embodying the ideals of devotion and unity.
