**Special Abilities:**

– **Influence Aura:** Creatures within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. A charmed creature regards the Lobbying Leviathan as a trusted ally. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

– **Corrupting Presence:** As a bonus action, the Lobbying Leviathan can impose disadvantage on one creature's next attack roll or saving throw within 60 feet.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Lobbying Leviathan makes two Tentacle attacks.

– **Tentacle:** +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 4 bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 16).

– **Mind Control Ray:** Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 3d10 psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn.

– **Influence Wave (Recharge 5-6):** The Lobbying Leviathan releases a wave of corrupting energy in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 4d8 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Charmed creatures are incapacitated until the end of their next turn.

**Description:** The Lobbying Leviathan is a grotesque, serpentine creature with a slick, iridescent body that shimmers with hues of green and gold. Its many eyes glisten with a malevolent intelligence, and its numerous tentacles writhe in a hypnotic dance. Born from the chaotic energies of political corruption, it thrives in environments where power and influence are at play. The Lobbying Leviathan employs cunning tactics, using its charm and psychic abilities to manipulate and control its foes, often preferring to turn enemies against one another before striking. Its demeanor is both charismatic and sinister, making it a formidable opponent in any encounter.
