– **Insidious Whisper:** Melee Spell Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. The charmed target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.
– **Mind Fracture (Recharge 5-6):** The Harbinger targets up to three creatures it can see within 60 feet. Each target must make a DC 16 Intelligence saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
