Tier 2 – The Celestial Codex A Battle for Eldoria

**Tier 2 play**

In the vibrant realm of Eldoria, where the skies shimmer with hues of violet and gold, a dark cloud looms over the bustling city of Verenthia. The once-celebrated Grand Arcane Academy, a beacon of magical knowledge, has fallen silent. Whispers of a powerful artifact, the Celestial Codex, have drawn the attention of a formidable foe—a rogue warlock known only as Uninstall. His ambition is to harness the Codex’s power to rewrite the very fabric of magic itself.

As the sun sets, casting long shadows across the cobblestone streets, your party finds themselves in the heart of Verenthia, summoned by the Academy’s headmaster, Elowen. Her voice trembles as she recounts the recent events: “Uninstall has taken residence in the Academy’s ancient library, guarded by his minions. We need brave souls to retrieve the Codex before he can unleash chaos upon our world.”

The air is thick with tension as Elowen hands you a map, detailing the Academy’s layout. “You must navigate through the enchanted gardens, past the Hall of Illusions, and into the library’s depths. Beware, for Uninstall is not just a warlock; he commands the shadows themselves.”

### Exploration Component

**The Enchanted Gardens**: As you step into the gardens, the scent of blooming nightshade fills the air. The flowers seem to whisper secrets, and the trees sway as if alive. Players must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw to avoid being entranced by the flora, losing precious time as they wander aimlessly.

**The Hall of Illusions**: Upon entering, the walls shimmer and shift, creating illusions of past students and their triumphs. To proceed, players must solve a riddle posed by a spectral guardian. Failure to answer correctly results in a minor illusion spell cast upon the party, causing confusion and disarray.

### The Confrontation

Finally, you reach the library, its grand doors creaking ominously as you push them open. Inside, shelves tower high, filled with ancient tomes and scrolls. In the center stands Uninstall, a tall figure cloaked in shadows, his eyes glowing with arcane energy.

“Why are you here?” you ask, trembling with fear.

“I come for honour,” he booms, running one hand down his sword, a blade crackling with dark energy. “I come for the greatest wizard of your planet. I come for the one they call… Uninstall.”
