This tool helps you and your manager understand how feedback feels at the moment. It maps your answers to five zones: Silent, Sparse, Resonant, Loud and Overwhelming, giving you a shared language for how feedback is landing and what would make it more constructive.

This tool turns gut feelings about feedback into a simple picture. It does not judge people. It shows how much of your feedback experience sits in silence, useful conversation, or noisy and hard to use feedback.

Resonant feedback is usually the most constructive. It is specific, timely and focused on what to repeat or change next time. Silent and Overwhelming feedback make it harder to learn, but they are still useful signals that something in the system needs adjusting.

Use the results as a shared problem to solve. The aim is to agree simple experiments that make feedback clearer, safer and more workable for both of you.
