– **Soul Drain (Recharge 5-6):** The Wraithcaller can target one creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or take 27 (6d8) necrotic damage, and the Wraithcaller regains hit points equal to the damage dealt.

**Actions:**

– **Multiattack:** The Wraithcaller makes two attacks: one with its Shadow Blade and one with its Life Siphon.

– **Shadow Blade:** Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 3) psychic damage.

**Description:** The Wraithcaller is a sinister figure draped in tattered robes that seem to absorb light. Once a powerful sorcerer, it was consumed by its own dark ambitions, becoming a conduit for lost souls. It uses its necrotic powers to drain the life force of its enemies, reveling in their despair. Tactically, it prefers to stay at a distance, using its Life Siphon to weaken foes while its Necrotic Aura saps their strength. The Wraithcaller is cunning and manipulative, often toying with its prey before delivering the final blow.
